Terms

This website provides information about luxury toilet hire and allows you to request a quote. Submitting a quote request does not create a hire contract until we issue and you accept a formal quotation and terms of hire.

Facility descriptions, capacities and images are indicative and may relate to units sourced through our supplier network. Final specification, availability, delivery and pricing are confirmed in your quote.

Content on this site is provided in good faith but without warranty as to completeness for every event scenario. Always confirm operational details with us before your event.

Full hire terms will be provided with your quotation. For website questions contact enquiries@capitalluxuryloos.co.uk.

Launch baseline terms — replace with solicitor-reviewed hire terms before taking deposits or formal bookings.
